Every room has a private en-suite bathroom, superfast Wi-Fi, Smart TV, small fridge, iron, ironing board and hairdryer.

We also provide complimentary shampoo and shower gel, plus tea, coffee and biscuits for your stay.

Yes. We have a limited number of free parking spaces on site, available on a first come, first served basis. Unfortunately, spaces can’t be reserved or guaranteed.

If our car park is full, you’ll also find on-street parking on neighbouring roads.

No. We have a few different room types at Southampton.

Some are comfortable double rooms with a private en-suite, while our larger rooms have their own kitchenette. If you’d like cooking facilities during your stay, just make sure you choose a room with a kitchenette when booking.

Our kitchenette rooms have a small fridge, microwave, air fryer and basic cooking utensils, giving you everything you need to prepare simple meals.

They’re a handy option if you’re staying in Southampton for more than a night or two and don’t fancy eating out every day.

Yes. We have a limited number of private parking spaces on site at our Southampton location.

Spaces are limited, so please check the parking details for your stay before arriving. If our on-site spaces aren’t available, there are other parking options nearby.

Yes. Every room has a Smart TV, but they aren’t connected to traditional terrestrial TV, so you won’t get standard live channels such as BBC or ITV through an aerial.

You can use the Smart TV apps and sign in to your own streaming accounts during your stay. Just remember to sign out before you leave.

No. Our rooms don’t have air conditioning, so it’s worth bearing this in mind if you’re staying with us during particularly hot weather.

We provide fans during warmer weather and heatwaves.

Yes. Three of our larger rooms can accommodate two adults and a child.

If you need more space, our two-bedroom apartment sleeps up to five adults and has two en-suite bedrooms, a separate lounge, kitchenette and its own private entrance.

No. We don’t automatically provide daily housekeeping in the same way as a traditional hotel.

Your room will be fully cleaned and prepared before you arrive, but we won’t come into your room to clean every day during a longer stay.

No. There isn’t a lift at the property, and some of our rooms are accessed by stairs.

If stairs might be difficult for you, please get in touch before booking and we’ll help you choose the most suitable room.

Settle Southampton is completely self check-in, so there’s no reception desk. We’ll send you clear instructions before you arrive with everything you need to access the property and your room.
