We don’t have a reception or dedicated luggage storage, so please contact us before arriving if you need help with your bags.

Southampton: We have limited free on-site parking, available on a first-come, first-served basis. There is also on-street parking on neighbouring roads.

Winchester: We don’t have private parking, but there are several public car parks and Park & Ride options nearby.

Although our properties are self check-in and don’t have a traditional reception desk, our team is still available when you need us. Send us a message on WhatsApp and we’ll help with any questions or problems during your stay. This is available until 10pm 7 days a week.
